face make up tips
You have customers and you have built a rapport with them and instilled trust, so now it’s time to take it one step further. You need to be building relationships with them.

Your existing customers are the biggest asset in your Face Painting or Children’s Entertainment business and if leveraged correctly they will be one of the key areas of an additional income stream and more money in the bank!

People like to feel needed and wanted and not forgotten about. How often have you received an email from your hairdresser raving about the latest conditioning product, suitable for your hair type that can be purchased directly from the supermarket, or from your dentist telling you it’s national smile week and the best ways to promote your healthy dental routine!

The hairdresser and the dentist aren’t selling anything – they’re just keeping in touch, building a relationship, with useful snippets of information that is of relevance and of interest to you.

You too can do the same for your existing customers by sending out a weekly, fortnightly or monthly email newsletter that is packed with useful information for them. Your reports, recommendations and stories will build a great relationship between you your Face Painting or Children’s Entertainment customer, and when you need to email them a promotion, special offer or to launch a new service they won’t just think “Oh dear hear we go again, another email selling stuff”.

The information that you send them will be welcomed and they’ll look forward to seeing your name in their inbox.

So what type of FREE information can you send and where can you find it? Well there are multiple sources out there for you to use:

Use relevant stories from industry magazines

Use reports on entertainment crazes from local websites
