		<description>Mascara, depending on the color of hair you have, and your style, but I have dark blonde hair and use black mascara. my mom has brown hair and uses black mascara. For mascara no matter who you are I would stick with black. 
For eyeshadow I say find a shiny color that is a little lighter than your skin tone and but it on the top lid and right beneath your lashes on the bottom. It brings out your eyes and makes them more interesting. On special occasions or if you feel like it throw on a little color, it makes people notice the difference, if you always use different colors people aren&#039;t as interested, so it depends on if you want to blend in or not.</description>

		<description>Turquoise eyeshadow pops against warm skin tones, and so does raspberry toned colors &amp; lilacs. Deep purple mascara looks good too. :)
