Mascara tips for someone with long lashes?

I have long black eye lashes and they touch my cheeks and upper eyelids so the black from the mascara gets on my face. So basically I got long lashes but I would like them to be thicker. Got any ideas?

You should buy the bad gal lash mascara by benefit. its amazing i jst got it about three days ago and im loving it. my lashes are also long and i have tried to sttay away from mascaras that define and lengthen.
you shold also try curling your lashes so its adds volume and you therefore dont need to buy a volume mascara.

I have that happen to me also and it’s a real pain.
Sadly, there’s not much you can do. When you buy mascara go for the ones labeled “smudge proof”. I use Double Extend Beauty Tubes by L’Oreal and I’ve noticed that those little smudges are a lot more sparce. Also, it helps to apply powder on the places where you get the most smudging.
You could also maybe try fake lashes on occasion.
false lashes are really popular you can simply get great ones at a pharmacy maybe even at a teen like jewelry store (saw some at icing yesterday), but if you want extremely great quality find a beauty salon that does eyelash extensions.
there are several things you can do
- smudge proof mascara
- just apply mascara to base of eyelashes and take brush away
- if you apply mascara it will dry so apply it and wait then wipe off the bits that got stuck on your face
- Finally you can pull up the top of you eye lip and like the bottom of you eye you have a water line if you apply eyeliner to this it gives the illusion of slightly thicker lashes.

As a bloke I’ve no idea about MASCARA but I would like to know what the difference is between Mascara & Kohl
(I know they are both black stuff , but that’s ALL I know)
